Dave James started his architectural career in 1967 and tends towards natural architecture using natural finishes whenever possible. He is a specialist in the preparation of sectional title drawings with all the legal aspects that go with such work. He is a certified arbitrator specialising in sectional title disputes. Due to this speciality, he also runs a property management company administrating 70 buildings in the eThekwini area.
